1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReminderFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReminderFlow provides automated phone call reminders based on events in your connected calendar(s). The Service includes:

  • Reading calendar events from your Google Calendar
  • Making phone calls to remind you of upcoming events
  • Sending SMS messages as fallback (Premium feature)
  • Providing a dashboard to manage your reminders

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use ReminderFlow, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Connect a valid Google Calendar account
  • Provide a working phone number capable of receiving calls

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Proper Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for its intended purpose (calendar reminders)
  • Provide accurate calendar information and phone number
  • Maintain a valid and working phone number
  • Configure your calendar reminders properly

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for spam or harassment
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service
  • Access the Service through automated means (bots, scripts)
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes

5. Service Availability and Limitations

5.1 Service Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That calls will always be delivered successfully
  • That the Service will work in all geographic locations
  • Compatibility with all phone carriers or devices

5.2 Technical Dependencies

The Service depends on third-party services including:

  • Google Calendar API (for calendar access)
  • Twilio (for phone calls and SMS)
  • Your phone carrier's network

Disruptions to these services may affect ReminderFlow's functionality.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Current Status

ReminderFlow is currently in beta testing. Pricing terms will be established and communicated before any charges are applied.

6.2 Future Pricing

We reserve the right to:

  • Introduce paid subscription tiers
  • Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing users
  • Offer promotional pricing or discounts

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Liability for Missed Calls

ReminderFlow is a reminder tool, not a guaranteed alarm service. We are NOT liable for:

  • Missed appointments due to failed or missed calls
  • Consequences of events you miss
  • Technical failures beyond our control
  • Issues with your phone carrier or device

7.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ReminderFlow, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 Calendar Access

You grant ReminderFlow permission to:

  • Read events from your connected calendar(s)
  • Access popup reminder settings on events

8.2 What We Don't Do

ReminderFlow will NOT:

  • Modify or delete events in your calendar
  • Share your calendar data with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising purposes

9. Intellectual Property

ReminderFlow and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ReminderFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through:

  • The dashboard settings
  • Contacting support at contact.reminderflow@gmail.com

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it
  • Provide false information
  • Fail to pay for services (if applicable)

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Perform maintenance and updates
  • Change technical requirements
  • Discontinue the Service with reasonable notice

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReminderFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReminderFlow regarding the Service.
